Drinking suggestions

With light food, like many kinds of salads. Fish platter or salmon in dill sauce, poultry terrine. Also after the main meal a companion to mild cheeses. The ideal wine for summer.

The vine

How does a red grape become a white wine? You need healthy ripe Pinot Noir grapes. Pinot Noir, also known as Pinot Gris, stores its colorants exclusively in the skin of the grapes. If these grapes are harvested very gently without damaging the berries and pressed without being crushed beforehand, a nearly white wine comes out of the press. It is then vinified like a white wine.
