Food recommendation

As a dessert wine at the end of a successful meal. It goes well with an espresso as well as with a chocolate mousse. The crowning of an excellent menu.

The vine

Named after Georg Scheu and bred by him in 1916, the white wine variety Scheurebe is a cross between the Riesling and the Buket grape. It can produce characterful aromas reminiscent of blackcurrant and grapefruit. It makes high demands on terroir, which it receives from us.
