Levity makes sexy!

Fresh nuances of exotic fruits, red apricot, mango and pineapple will caress your palate. In the mid-90s, the desire for light wines had increased. This is where this creation was born, a wine low in alcohol and with little residual sweetness, for which there could only be this one name due to its lightness. And since its low alcohol allows one or the other glass more, our motto for this could only be: “A little levity can not hurt”.

Drinking recommendation

The ideal companion for balmy and warm to very warm summer days. Terrace, balcony or garden offer themselves here. Whether as a spritzer or neat, it will always be a pleasure. Suitable for pasta dishes with light sauces as well as for Mediterranean salads.

The vine

This wine comes from an old vineyard, where the old, dead vines have always been replaced by new ones of different varieties. Thus, in this vineyard Pinot Gris, Scheurebe, Müller Thurgau and Silvaner are mixed and immediately blended during its harvest.
