The wine For wine-lovers! A cuvée of three Piwi Cabernet breeds, Cabernet Carbon, Cabernet Carol, and Cabernet Cortis. From the first smell, this wine is characterized by an incredibly piquant note. 15 months of aging in new and used barriques have tamed these spicy notes and completed them with more tannins. Very long after the glass is empty, you can still taste this wine on the palate. Drinking suggestions Dark meat, strong flavored sauces, roast mutton and all strong spices need this wine as a food counterpart. If you want to drink it with summer barbecue, the campfire must be burning at least one meter high. The vine Cabernet Carbon, Cabernet Carol, and Cabernet Cortis, three Piwi (fungus resistant) vines, selected by the Fribourg Vine Breeding Institute. The C. Cortis is powerful, rich in color and has distinct tannins. It has a typical Cabernet Sauvignon character, with an even more pronounced cassis aroma and flavor. The Carbon and Carol are also very aromatic and can reach high alcohol levels.
