Without the right people in close proximity, everything would make little sense.
The family with my sons Elias and Pablo first, of course, and my partner Susanne with her daughters Jana, Mika and Luna make for a lively winery. There is always something going on here. Even the senior, Grandpa Hans with his 88 years, and Grandma Traudel are still fully involved and work very much in the vineyards. Since organic viticulture offers work for many hands, we could not imagine working without our permanent staff. Pablo, Elias and Lukasz, who are responsible for the vineyard and bottling, Rudi, the master of the offices, who takes care of the accounting, sales and wine tastings, and Christian, our wine delivery man, make working on our organic farm fun. Now I almost forgot myself, Stefan Kuntz, who has to do all that no one else wants to do and then creates the wines in the cellar.
