Protection of minors
In accordance with the German Youth Protection Act, we do not sell wine to young people under the age of 16.
Spirits are not sold to young people under 18 years.
The buyer confirms with the submission of the order that he has the required age according to the Youth Protection Act.
Terms of business
Pricing: Prices are from 12 bottles (min. 0,75Ltr.) free of charge, including packaging and shipping. For less than 12 bottles, we charge 7.00 euros shipping extra. Except for products from the category assortments, there are special shipping conditions.VAT: Prices are inclusive of VAT.
Payment: Immediately after receipt of invoice, in case of delay we charge 1%/month interest. New customers are asked to pay in advance in individual cases. Deliveries outside of Germany, or if the customer lives outside of Germany, generally only against prepayment.
Shipping: Delivery is made by parcel service.
Packaging units: 6 bottles and 12 bottles.
Discounts:
5% discount value of goods min. 250,00 Euro
8% discount value of goods min. 500,00 Euro
10% discount value of goods min. 1000,00 Euro
Self-pickup at the winery receive 0.80 euro/bottle, or 0.30 euro/pic discount.
With this price list all previous ones lose their validity.
If a desired wine is out of stock when the order is placed, we will supply you with a replacement of equal value, unless you explicitly object to this.
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.
Offer without engagement. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Landau/Pfalz.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, BiolandWeingut Stefan Kuntz, Raiffeisenstrasse 13, 76829 Landau, Phone: 06341-33960, EMail: info@weingutkuntz.de, by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you can use the enclosed model withdrawal form, which is, however, not mandatory.
You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website, www.weingutkuntz.de. If you make use of this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (e.g. by e-mail).
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to BiolandWeingut Stefan Kuntz, Raiffeisenstraße 13, 76829 Landau, without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
