The wine

Our award-winning Bioland mulled wine is top in its class. Made from our Palatinate red wine, pre-cooked with whole organic spices and brought to a pleasant sweetness with organic sugar. Just warm it up and it's ready.

Drinking recommendation

There's an old saying that if you make a good wine, you can make a good mulled wine. This week we take the old boiling pot out of the corner, the red wine cuvée is put together, and the organic spices are mixed. The whole area around the winery, and especially downwind, smells of the hot drink. Three days of heating are necessary to boil the brew, after which it is filtered and bottled. Now it is certain - Christmas is coming.
